Released in 1991, this book was originally a doctoral thesis directed by Sala Molins Paris I in 1985. The aim of the book is to try to analyze the mode of constitution of the historian mind in Arab and Islamic civilization and its mode of operation in the various speeches and various practices that characterized the cultural and political climate since the advent of Islam to Ibn Khaldun.
